CLM4- No data in DW tables

Setup

CLM4 - Db2 - WAS - RRDI2

CLM is up with sample JKE banking application. Data jobs are configured to run with etl_users. All Jobs(jts,ccm,qm) are successfully running. Etl_user is jazz admin and data collector license is assigned.

However if I look DW tables there is no data in project/requirements/test case tables. This results in blocking me to see sample reports in RRDI as reports parameter are missing.

Need urgent help.
