Time displayed in Asset History does not match that of the server time

The time used for logging Asset History is always 5 hours ahead of current time (EST -5).  I have set the time and time zone correctly on the server which RAM runs.  Is there a separate time zone setting for RAM which I'm overlooking?

The timestamps are the database's timestamp not the server's timestamp. That way in a cluster all times are from the same source, the database.

The database should be on the same timezone as the servers.

Also take a look at your user preferences in RAM (MyDashboard->Edit User) and see what timezone is set as your preference. RAM tries to display all times on the Web pages in the User's preferred timezone.

The database is hosted on the same server as the WAS housing RAM is on.  So is setting the date/timezone/time on the OS good enough? or is there a specific place to set for the database?

No, the OS is good enough. So check your user preferences.

There is one small spot that there could be a difference. Where is your RTC server? Is it also on the same computer? There a few places where RTC times show through instead of database times.
