False Notifications on Rational Asset Manager
Hi all,
Thanks in advance for your attention. We are experimenting a weird behavior on our RAM Server, the user are receiving notifications that indicate that the subscription will be removed because the asset was deleted but the asset haven't changed or removed. Can somebody help me with this???.
Thanks

FORUM MODERATOR / JAZZ DEVELOPER Oct 12 '12, 1:44 p.m.Does this occur for just this one asset? If so, is there anything unique about this asset compared to other assets? What are the recent events that occurred?
ie. state changes, asset updates, ownership changes, reviewer comments, etc..

Unfortunately the default subscription text only gives the name of the asset, it doesn't give the version. So sometimes they have what looks like multiple subscriptions to the same asset, but in reality they have a subscription to multiple versions of the asset instead. And when one asset version is deleted it looks the subscription was deleted but the asset wasn't when really one subscription was deleted, the one for the version deleted.
