False Notifications on Rational Asset Manager

 Hi all,

Thanks in advance for your attention.  We are experimenting a weird behavior on our RAM Server, the user are receiving notifications that indicate that the subscription will be removed because the asset was deleted but the asset haven't changed or removed.  Can somebody help me with this???.

Thanks

Is it a legacy or Master based lifecycle?  Are there any policies running on this asset?

 Hi Gili,

It's a Master based lifecycle.  The only Policy running on this asset is "Policy: Default Policies > Unique Asset Name Policy"

Thanks.

Does this occur for just this one asset? If so, is there anything unique about this asset compared to other assets? What are the recent events that occurred?
ie. state changes, asset updates, ownership changes, reviewer comments, etc..

Hi Peter,

This occurs with other assets and there aren't any events on those Assets.

Thanks in advance.

Does it actually delete a subscription? Or just the message but the subscription is still there?

Also, could there of been multiple versions of the asset and one of the versions was deleted? Unfortunately the default subscription text only gives the name of the asset, it doesn't give the version. So sometimes they have what looks like multiple subscriptions to the same asset, but in reality they have a subscription to multiple versions of the asset instead. And when one asset version is deleted it looks the subscription was deleted but the asset wasn't when really one subscription was deleted, the one for the version deleted.

 Hi Richard,

The subscription doesn't delete, it still there.  There aren't other versions of this document.

Thanks
