Going from RAM Enterprise Edition to RAM Standard Edition

We are currently running 7.5.3.2 and our IBM token license renewal is coming up soon. We are looking to go from Enterprise edition to Standard edition, in order to save a significant amount of money. Apparently, the only functionality we will lose is the ability to customize the workflows. We only use the out of the box implicit asset life cycle anyway.

Has anybody done this? Is it possible? What are my options? 

It doesn't appear like an easy change made in ram.setup, but rather a new install of RAM and migration of data. Will this work?
