Retriving the WokItem which are failed to save in RTC server repository.

Hello All,

I am trying to save RTC WorkItem in RTC server repository ,If saving workItem fails to save into server repository thenis there any other way to rollback the all operation?(Same like rollback in Database).

If is there any provision to roll back the records in RTC then Please let me know.

could u explain a little more?

If the save operation fails, I don't think there is anything to rollback.
