Once the DB server is down, the order does not really matter. But we can bring down the databases in the order of their dependencies. Since everything depends on JTS, it should be made offline in the end.

1. RRDI/Insight databases
2. Jazz Datawarehouse
3. CCM, RQM databases (Jazz app DBs)
4. JTS database

Same for the applications also. Bring the JTS offline in end.
