Progress bar not rendering the Behind by values correctly on Eclipse client
1) Open up project area with OOTB process template scrum
2) Create work item of type task, filed against the project area from 1) Set yourself as owner and plan for Sprint 1 (1.0). 3) Set Estimate as 10 hours 4) Adjust the iteration dates so that the progress is negative on the web client. 5) Open the Spring Backlog [Sprint 1 (1.0)] plan view in the RTC Eclipse client of 3.0.1.4 and 4.0. This problem only exists in RTC 4.0 and 4.0.0.1.
This is fixed as part of Progress bar not rendering the Behind by values correctly. (235151) in 4.0.1.
Do migrate to 4.0.1. once available to get the fix for this problem.
