Is it possible to configure one RQM project area as a provider to another for test artifacts?

Currently in RQM4, it looks possible to configure an RQM project area as a provider to another for Defects and WIs.  However, it's not possible (as far as I can tell) to configure an RQM project area to be a provider of test artifacts (Test Cases and Test Scripts are most interesting, but could be Test Suites, Test Plans or any other artifact type).

The main reason is reuse of test artifacts without duplication.  This would be very convenient in the case of a legacy or regression type project area/repository where multiple development projects could use a common repository of legacy/regression tests or perhaps of reuse of test cases across development phases.  I would imagine that instead of a real entity in the consumer RQM project, a reference/link to the original in the provider project would exist.

Of course it's possible to copy artifacts, but then changes to the original artifact need to be made every place the artifact has been copied.

Is this possible in some way or has it been considered for implementation?
