Team load shows 0 after iteration plan refresh
I am running Rational Team Concert (RTC)

When I add work items with estimates they show up correctly in the Team load section of Team Central as well as on the Iteration Plan when grouped by Owner with bar set to Load, but if I then press the refresh button on the Iteration plan the Team load bars all go to 0. If I then add another work item that work items estimate will show up in the Team load section, but the other work items entered before the refresh do not. If i press refresh again the loads go back down to 0.
Has anyone else seen this behavior?
