Eclipse Client has no default kind for DueDate

Using RTC 3.X, when checking with Scrum template Project's DueDate property in Presentation Editor, Kind is set as none by default but the error reminder
shows kind must be selected. While in Web client, the same property has prefilled timestamp kind.
Is it a bug?

This issue has been identified on jazz.net with work item # 193578
https://jazz.net/jazz/resource/itemName/com.ibm.team.workitem.WorkItem/193478
which will be fixed in RTC 4.0
