Why Does my RTC BIRT Report not Export all Columns to Excel?

Hello

I am using RTC 3.0.1.1 and I have created a BIRT report that displays 24 columns of data in the presentation layout. All information is displayed correctly when I run in from the web GUI, but when I export it to Excel, some of the columns are being removed!

Why is this happening and how can I solve?
