my sandboxes is c:\workspaces\ccm_user1.
now I want to check a file named abc.doc in c:\lib\jazz .
How to do?

I would recommend reading through https://jazz.net/library/article/1016 (Loading Content from a Jazz Source Control Repository in Rational Team Concert 4.0). Specifically, the section 'Loading outside of Eclipse'.

Hello:
Can you give some details on which RTC client you are using (Eclipse, RTC Shell, CLI?..). I'll give some blind advice below :-)
You can check-in files that you have modified inside your sandbox. abc.doc is not in your sandbox. Maybe you want to copy that file somewhere inside your sandbox. After that, refresh your Pending Changes view (depending on your client and settings, it might auto-detect the new file or not). It will show a local change for the copied file abc,doc. You can check-in that local change.
