CRRTC8500E:RTC shell client error

Hi,
I have installed RTC windows shell client on windows 7. While refreshing remote changes in pending changes view of RTC windows shell client i got following error. 
and at the time of loading repository workspace it gives me another error.. 
When i had searched about it i got that it is due to problem of file system daemon not started correctly.but i didn not understand what exactly the error is. So can anyone help me to solve this?? Regards, Sneha |

Does this issue happen frequently or randomly?
Similar SCM issues with CRRTC8500E errors are known defects fixed in 4.0.3, but I am not sure if you are hitting this defect. I would recommend opening up a PMR with IBM Support and including your workspace log file, as well as the information above to determine if you are hitting this defect. |
