CRRTC8500E:RTC shell client error

Hi,

I have installed RTC windows shell client on windows 7.
While refreshing remote changes in pending changes view of RTC windows shell client i got following error.



and at the time of loading repository workspace it gives me another error..



When i had searched about it i got that it is due to problem of file system daemon not started correctly.but i didn not understand what exactly the error is.

So can anyone help me to solve this??

Does this issue happen frequently or randomly?
Similar SCM issues with CRRTC8500E errors are known defects fixed in 4.0.3, but I am not sure if you are hitting this defect. I would recommend opening up a PMR with IBM Support and including your workspace log file, as well as the information above to determine if you are hitting this defect.
