How to set this privileges "SeInteractiveLogonRight,SeAssignPrimaryTokenPrivilege,SeImpersonatePrivilege,SeIncreaseQuotaPrivilege,SeTcbPrivilege" on windows xp machine for build forge agent ?

I have been using the build forge agent on some other windows xp machine and it is working fine, and currently i have installed build forge agent on new windows xp machine but it is giving some problem. So i refereed build forge documentation, there it is mentioned that for build forge agent, user need to set some privileges ::
"The user must have the following privileges. They are typically not available by default. They
must be added explicitly.
SeInteractiveLogonRight
SeAssignPrimaryTokenPrivilege
SeImpersonatePrivilege
SeIncreaseQuotaPrivilege
SeTcbPrivilege"

So, i don't know how to set this privileges. Please help me if any one know this or done the same configuration for there machines.
