@raj1: Is this through the web UI? Can you provide some screenshots? What version are you using? Is there anything in the server logs?

You have two profiles - one for JTS and the other for CCM? If yes, have you enabled single sign-on in your app server?

Nothing in the server logs.

Yes two profiles JTS and CCM, both are on different box but under same WAS server.

 How to enable or check single sign-on in app server? I guess its not the browser problem as in other environment app is working fine in same browser.

 The document shown is for different jazz application on different WAS server.In my case RTC and JTS is under same WAS.
