When I share design resource in Design Management, Can I transform UML to Java ?

This is still done using the RSA or Rhapsody client desktop client transformations. They transformation wizards can run off a model on the DM server now in addition to a local model. This could be interactively in the client or in batch by running the client headless (which enables it to be invoked from an automated build process like RTC).
