CRJZS0033E The consumer key is not valid and the consumer may not be registered

I cannot start the JTS Server . When i check the Jazz.net ,

CRJZS0033E The consumer key is not valid and the consumer may not be registered. The service provider is "https://localhost:9443". The consumer key is "47f...e55".

This technote looks like it might be related (It is for RQM but seems to be a similar error)

Hi Anil,
I'm unsure what you mean exactly  by "I cannot start the JTS Server ".
If you had the URL http(s):/<host>:<port>/jts/admin  page displayed on your browser, did you make sure that your browser was officially supported ? 
e.g. : for 4.0.1., check CLM 4.0.1 Systems Requirement
I had this error message to disappear after I upgraded to an officially supported version of Firefox...
Please let me now if you reproduce such (non obvious) behavior.
