Error500:Internal Server Error

 when i am loading plan view for first time it is showing error-Error500:Internal Server Error

after refreshing the page error was not there.
is this the solution to refresh everytime i open the page?

how to rectify it?

This sounds like browser related. checking if other browser have the same problem and if other users accessing to the same plan view see the same problem or not. clearing browser cache and see if it helps.

is it happening for a single plan, or for any kind of plan ?
When you do reproduce it, check the CCM.log for what kind of error is happening at the Server side.
