Null was error message when uploaded the XML into RQM

When uploaded the XML file into RQM, the error message is NULL. May I know what is the missing below? Thank you so much.

Hi Anna,
what do you mean by upload, you mean from Web UI, POSTer, UrlUtility? or some other way, and I saw you xml is requirement and you want to upload it to RQM? and by the way which version of RQM are you using, does is associated with RRC project area? |
