Failed to read artifact container catalog resource

I am trying to add association to Rational Focal Point. The project area used is of "Requirement Management"

I am getting the following error.

:  Unable to load URL: /jts/proxy?uri=http://9.124.23.102:8080/fp/resources/rootservices, Status: 200

Any help will be highly appreciated.

Hi,

What Friend/Consumer relationships do you have between the two servers? You should have a Friend/Consumer in both directions, and the Consumer on each end should have been marked as "Approved" and I believe should have a Functional User ID set.

Friend/Consumer relationships exists between the two servers and it exists in both directions and it is set as "trusted". And also a Functional User ID set.

But still I am getting the same error.

Sorry, that's all I can think of to check. If its not one of those issues then I'm not sure what's going on :(
