How to get Eclipse to recognize cqjniproxy?

Hi,

I am trying to access ClearQuest on Windows 7, 64bit using the offline client API (for ClearQuest 8.0.0). I have added cqjni.jar (and cqapi.jar) to the global (Win7) classpath and the eclipse path and I still always receive this error:

"java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: no cqjniproxy in java.library.path"

What do I have to do to satisfy the linker here?
