Hi,
I've been unable to find a way to complete the action Ready for Review for multiple test cases.  However, I have found a way to change the State from Draft to Under Review.  If that meets your requirements, you can do this by going to Construction > Browse > Test Cases.  Check the boxes next to the test cases you want to change to select them.  Then click the icon with the green arrow next to the State column header.  In this dialog, you can change the status to Under Review for all of the test cases you selected.
