Modules in RRC

I tried the latest RRC 4.0.1 M2 milestone on the Jazz Sandbox.  I have couple of questions on the module functionality:

1. Why do we have the leading/prefix 0- for the module section numbers? It is confusing. Instead numbering without the 0- prefix will give more clarity for the users?  (Example: 1, 1.1, 1.2, 1.2.1, 2 etc.)
2. Is there a way to view the Hierarchy of artifacts with section numbers ordered in a graphical view i.e., artifacts tabbed in a module based on the hierarchy or order of the section number?

Example:

                          1.1

                  2 

                           2.1

                           2.2

                                       2.2.1       

      3. Like Demote and Promote Artifact actions, Are there actions to move the artifact vertically in a module  (i.e.,   Move Artifact UP and DOWN).

          Note: Using the Cut/Paste Artifact action is not an efficient way to modify the artifact sequence in a module.
