In RRC 4.0, is it possible to tailor the menus?

We are using RRC 4.0 and while the development team understands artifacts, collections and modules, it is not likely that the end users will.  And besides why should they need to know.  I want to be able to customize the menus or add new menus so users select the artifact template they want to create rather than the existing menu's.

Sorry I know of nothing in the web client that will let you customize the menu UI. I suggest raising an enhancement request.
