Are there any command line options to load specific change sets?

 If we specify the Work item number is there any way where a specific change set can be loaded ?

Accept does support this, but it helps in a scenario where there is only one component and one change set linked. But we would want to have the flexibility to either load or accept a specific change set attached to a work item even though there are more than one present. I want it to work for multiple components as well.
