Issue with the help facility on upgrade to CLM 4.0
Anyone have seen any of the below issues with the CLM 4.0 help facility after an upgrade from 3.0.1:
on PROD env: on webUI, help index looked incomplete and navigating the help facility run into a 404 error.(requested resources unavailable), while OK on Eclipse clienrt
on POC environment, help contents is at 4.0 on webUI. but is at 3.0.1 on Eclipse cient.
Appreciate any help to resolve this.

A few questions.
1 - on the webUI - are you saying you are getting a 404 error when you click ? > Help contents? If so, how do you see the help index? If not, how do you navigate to the help?
2 - For the Eclipse client, if you click Windows > Preferences, expand Help and then click on Content, you will see the remote help that is configured for your Eclipse client. If it is has the CLM 3.0.1 URL: http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/clmhelp/v3r0m1, please change it to be http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/clmhelp/v4r0 by selecting the entry and click Edit. Update the Path and then click OK.
