What do the following BIRT Snapshots Store?

We are developing report using BIRT for RTC 3.0.1.4. I see that on my CLM server, the following snapshots are in the list but I see no data in them. What are they for and why do these tables dont have any data in them?

LICENSE_SNAPSHOT

REPORTS_SNAPSHOT

REPOSITORY_SNAPSHOT

COMMON_REMOTE_SNAPSHOT

REPOSITORY_SNAPSHOT is used e.g. for Licenses Usage

e.g https://bt-clmserver01.hqs.sbt.siemens.com/jts/admin#action=com.ibm.team.repository.admin.floatingLicenseReports

The other are I think not available to BIRT or EMPTY
