Why do custom HTML fields sometimes not show when trying to print a Work Item?

 Hello,


  We are running RTC 6.0.4 and have noticed an issue when attempting to print work items from the Web client.  We have a custom Problem Work Item type that has several custom HTML fields added.  This work item type has been added to our basic Scrum process template and a modified SAFe process template.  We have noticed that for at least one of our SAFe based projects the Print of a work item from the Web client is not including the custom HTML fields.  In one of our basic Scrum projects the print includes these fields.  I don't see any settings that would cause the fields to be included or omitted so I am at a loss as to what would be causing this.  Has anyone seen this and/or know how to work around it?
