Can the Item Connector framework be used for synchronizing RRC artifacts? We have used the item connector framework in the past to synchronize Defects. If yes, since RTC 4.0 does not have a eclipse client for RRC, how does one go about configuring syncrules for requirement artifacts?

No, the item connector framework is part of RTC and RQM, but not RRC.

Thanks John. So, what is the recommended method to write a connector to RRC? Is it through the OSLC API?

I'm not an authority on RRC integrations, but this forum topic seems relevant: https://jazz.net/forum/questions/83284/when-will-rrc-support-rest-apis

Now there are a couple of options 1. Use the integrations we have, or planned, ( https://jazz.net/extend/integrations/# ) 2. Use OSLC for your own integration
