There was no new functionality introduced in RLIA Standard Edition 1.1.2, it is the equivalent of 1.1.1.
The new functionality introduced in 1.1.2 was in the Tasktop Edition. http://www-01.ibm.com/common/ssi/ShowDoc.wss?docURL=/common/ssi/rep_ca/3/897/ENUS214-183/index.html&lang=en&request_locale=en Because the product in sold under a single program number (5725-I05) for both editions, the release.version.mod numbering of the Standard Edition was incremented as part of the process to make 1.1.2 available on Passport Advantage. 4 digit fixpacks (release.version.mod.fix) deliveries do not need to match, e.g. there is a RLIA Tasktop Edition 1.1.2.1 but there is not a RLIA Standard Edition 1.1.2.1 available on Fix Central.
