URI Reference not available from Web UI

A work item has a related artifact reference to a doc stored in Jazz SCM. I can easily open this doc from the work item when accessed from the Eclipse client. However, the link will not work when opened from the Web UI. The link is something like sourcecontrol://jazz/default/<component>/<filename> Do these URI references only work from the Eclipse client?

The Web UI can't resolve these non-http URI schemes. Could you please
file a bug against the Source Control component for this? Include in
the bug your expectation when you try and resolve the link (e.g. do you
expect a file download?).
