How to configure RTC Integration with JIRA

Hello

I'm trying to integrate RTC 4.0 with JIRA.

In configuration, I followed 'Establishing friend servers' step.

However when I associate RTC project areas with JIRA, error window pops up and says

Unauthorized Request
The OAuth request was not granted by the provider. Please contact your local JIRA administrator.

In OAuth Manager of JIRA, it says

Name : localhost

Consumer Key : 3f151977e2967d0abadaed4bb6b45741

State : Active

What value should I specify for a consumer name to remember your OAuth friendship by?

I think everything is all right but I don't know why it doesn't work.

Any idea?

I also encountered the same error. The problem will be with the latest version of the JIRA 5.x. 
The RTC Jira Adopter mentioned in  https://jazz.net/library/article/766 is not yet compatible with the Jira 5.x.
