About the time to send the mail in RTC

Here, we have used the code review in RTC for our code review, but we find that each time after the developer submits the code for review, the reviewer will get the mail notification at least 20 minutest later while the event could be show immediately on team dashboard. Does there any way to tune to mail sending time and make the mail also could be sent immediately after the code review submission.

At the start I think you should check in RTC admin console following property in "Work Item Component" section:
com.ibm.team.workitem.service.internal.save.notify.ChangeEventMailNotifier

There are number of other mail notification properties which can affect how often mail is sent by server.
