RTC Team Area Hierarchy

Hi

I have a very straightforward question. Appreciate if you could help me with at least some guidance.

In one of my PA (RTC6.0) I have a very flat Team Area Hierarchy. But now I want to make some amendments to it while putting some existing teams under another existing team (no new creations).

Eg:

Current structure:

Team A

Team B

Team 11

Team 22

Team 33

Team 44

Team 55

Team 66

New structure:

Team 11,22, 66 under Team A

Team 33,44,55 under Team B

Can this be done and if so, appreciate your guidance toward an article to read.

Thanks DK

Sure, you can do this with the Eclipse client. The question really is, what you want to achieve with this? Guidance toward what is expected?

Thanks Ralph.

Can you please share with me how can I do that?

"Amending an existing Team Hierarchy in RTC"

Thanks - DK

You can use the Team Organization view  in the Eclipse client to restructure the hierarchy e.g. using drag and drop.

It works - Thanks Ralph
