RTC WorkItem and RRDI reporting , RTC Workitem ID

0	Kiran Nagara (107●4●17●23) \| asked Aug 06 '12, 3:02 a.m. RRDI 2.0 has been installed and integrated with CLM 4.0. When I reate any new workitem say, Defect or Task, Defect ID or Task ID gets generated, In which Table of ODS can I find the same for RRDI reporting. Regards, -Kiran

Hi Kiran,

I didn't update RRDI 2.0 yet, but in RRDI 1.0.2 the work item is stored in the table REQUEST at ODS and you can filter task or defect using the field "Request Type".
The work item ID is stored in the field EXTERNAL_KEY1
