What is the status of Work Item 148611?
While researching whether or not you can remove/delete tags from the tag list in RTC I found several references to Work Item 146811 which is suppose to address tags, but I can not find the Work Item. Does anyone know the status? Was this implemented in 4.0?

(In general, to find an RTC work item given only its ID, go to the work items page for the RTC project, https://jazz.net/jazz/web/projects/Rational%20Team%20Concert#action=com.ibm.team.workitem.viewWelcome ,
and type the work item ID in the search box.)
The work item is planned for "Backlog", which means it is not planned for any particular release yet and is unlikely to be implemented in the near future. If you would like to see this feature, add a comment to the work item explaining why it is important and how it would benefit you and your team.
