cannot create Articrafts

I am new to Rational products.When i am trying to create an articraft ,error message  CRRRW7321W is shown stating 'to create an articraft you must have save type permission for the project'. can anyone help me out what should i do?

May be helpful, try creating team and add administrator. Give the analyst role as process role. Also define licences.

JAZZ DEVELOPER
Talk to an administrator of your project area.  Have the administrator give you the permissions necessary to perform the actions that you are supposed to be performing in that project area.

In Jazz-based products such as RRC, users are assigned to various roles, and each role has permission to perform various actions.  One of the jobs of a project administrator is to make sure members of the project have the correct role assignments and that each role has the correct permissions.

Thank you david , but i am working with the administator user only. with wat permission i can access these things.
