DOORS Next and Rational Requirements Composer?

My understanding is that DOORS Next [web client] is identical to Rational Requirements Composer.
can anyone confirm this?
if not, what are the differences between the two?

My belief is that RRC has been around for 4-5 yrs and serves mostly the enterprise SW community, which DNG is quite new ~1yr and is meant to server the "systems" community, i.e. those with legacy use of DOORS 8.X and 9.X.
