Required fields aren't marked as such when editing the work item

When I open this new WI the fields mandatories appear fine, but when I edit the summary or other field, the asterisk or mark (*) dissapear and I can't see what are the mandatories fields, If I forgete fill some field and then I save, appear a message that I have to fill the field. Then I think that the configuration it is right. This happen in every state, when I edit the fields dissapear the mark, but after to Save and change the state reappear.
Do you know what is the problem, why the mark disappear when I edit some fields??

I'm experiencing the same problem on 3.0.1.3.
It happens only in Web editor. In Eclipse Client the red asterisks for mandatory fields appear fine.
Does anyone know how to fix this???
