Cannot Access RM Project Area using RTC

Good Morning,

I have installed CLM and am using RM, CCM and QM.  I would like to access the Project Area properties for RM using the RTC client, but I get an error when connecting stating:  "Your client is not compatible with the server".

The message says that my current client version is 3.0.1, but in the Help -> About window it says

Is this a known issue?

How can I connect to the project area properties with the RTC client?  I can use this client to connect both to CCM and QM applications without issue.

As far as I know there's no way to do that. This functionality was present in 2.x version. So we were able to log-on RRC via client and edit process template and other stuff. Right now it's a pain.
