What an interesting questions! So far all I have is that the E is probably Enterprise. On a side note, I know what my 8 year old son would say the JK is for!
It looks like "Just Kidding Enterprise" is it. I spent some time doing searches during lunch and found a 2009 Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) case study that also uses JKE with the speaker notes clarifying , "In fact, JK means Just Kidding."
