- ccm_war
- qm_war
- rm_war
- converter_war
So what about jts.war? Even it's not written in instructions, does this application must be reinstalled also?

Milan,
Yes, JTS (and its WAR files, admin.war and jts.war) must be upgraded too AND must be upgraded first. So, if the interactive upgrade guide did not provide that, please file a defect against Jazz Foundation->User Assistance. There should have been a question after the selection of which product you wanted to upgrade that asked whether you had already upgraded the JTS. If you answer 'No', then the generated guide is supposed to include the JTS upgrade instructions first followed by the application upgrade instructions.
See this library article for a walkthrough upgrade for a WAS distributed topology. You will see how JTS is upgraded first.
