Installation Manager and and Jazz Foundation media

The network firwall rules, at work, is preventing me from downloading the Jazz foundation (for Windows 2008 server). Are there other methods to acquire the Jazz foundation server? Also, do I need to obtain the Installation Manager to perform the installation?

Sam, I believe we may have fixed this issue. It was related to our download server reporting the wrong Content-Type for Zip files. We have updated the Content-Type for zips to be application/zip.

Please try downloading again from Jazz.net.
