Work Item presentation has missing section in client

Having created some customised work item presentations, they are displayed correctly within the Web UI. However when selected within the RTC client as new Work Item. the first section is not visible ? Any ideas on why they are missing in the client but visible in the web UI for teh same Work item?

Would you please provide some more details? Did you create a new work item type as well (and new presentations for it)? Or did you customize an existing presentation? If you added custom attributes, what type are they and what presentation did you define for them? If you could step through a short example of what you did it would make it easier to help.

Hi Millard,

New work item types have been created with a mix of custom and standard attributes. Editor presentations have been created and the resulting work items display correctly in the Web UI. Custom Attributes were created with Attribute based presentations.
