Lock asset in a special state

How can I lock (do it non-modifiable) the asset in specific state?

From the lifecycle, choose the state in which you want to lock the asset and under the 'Permissions' settings select 'Override modify'.  The community roles will no longer affect whether users can modify assets.  Only reviewers (if the 'allow edit' option is select) and administrators will be able to modify the asset.
