Getting Licensing error during configring RAM 7522 - License Manager is not initialized

Hi,

As a part of RAM update to version 7522 and during the final stage we are getting an error. Attached is the snapshot of the same.

No license path available. The license manager is not initialized.

RAM Version is 7.5.2.2 WAS 8.5.5.0 and DB2 10.1

Not sure what has gone wrong here.

Ran the RAM setup again and verified that License server access works fine.

Troubleshooting at our end , we found some technote available.

The best way to deal with such error is to install Rational License Key Administrator tool and point to the same license server over port 27000

When searched with the FLexLM error found a technote - - http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21133205 which indicated this is caused by Firewall issue.

Looking to open additional ports apart from 27000.
