Wrong Dates in Iteration Plan

I have an iteration set in Process Iterations to begin on 8/15 and end on 9/12. But on one person's screen it shows up as 8/14 to 9/11, it seems to be fine for other people. Any idea what could be causing this?

Are there time zone differences between the server and the person's
machine?

Yes, the server is on eastern time and the client is on mountain time.
