How do I re-install 7.02 agent on Windows 2000 server?

Scenario on Windows 2000 server;

  1. Uninstalled 7.02 agent
  2. Installed 7.1.3 agent
  3. Found out 7.1 agents do not work on Windows 2000
  4. Uninstalled 7.1.3 agent
  5. Attempted to re-install 7.02 agent - received The procedure entry point getadrinfo could not be located in the dynamic link library WS2_32.dll error message

What do I need to do to re-install the 7.02 agent?
