BuildForge installation package for windows 2008 server

I am trying to install BuildForge management console on windows server 2008 and downloaded the full package. When I extract the package I doesn't say any specific package for windows and seeing the follwing folders:

atoc,

native,

Offerings,

Plugins,

Sharableentities.

It looks like you downloaded the install manager repository. Install Manager will install BF from that repository.
