We have teams reporting an issue that when a work item is created in RQM it takes approximately 5 minutes to trigger an email.
RQM Version: 2.0.1 iFix5
In Clearquest I have seen this option which can be set using web-interface and I don't see in RQM.
Navigating to RQM > Jazz Server Administration > Email Settings doesn't show any values.
Can anyone guide me here ...
