We have teams reporting an issue that when a work item is created in RQM it takes approximately 5 minutes to trigger an email. RQM Version: 2.0.1 iFix5 In Clearquest I have seen this option which can be set using web-interface and I don't see in RQM. Navigating to RQM > Jazz Server Administration > Email Settings doesn't show any values. Can anyone guide me here ... |

You'll probably be able to get more specific information if you post this as a jazz foundation inquiry at https://jazz.net/forum/tags/jazz-foundation/. However, in general, the "delayed" email notification is by design. |
At least my current 4.0 install has a "Mail Notification Send Interval" that can be configured on the "Advanced Properties" page.

For this issue I found a solution. 1. Login to RQM Server Web Console 2. Under Server Settings > Click on Advanced Properties 3. Scroll Down to Work Item Component - where you can set Mail Notification Send Interval (seconds). |
